Lochan Kundra & Associates is Chartered Accountants firm, with it’s office situated at Amritsar (Punjab) founded by CA Lochan Kundra in the year of 1987. For over 35 years, our mission has been to render a wide array of Accounting, Auditing, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Project financing, working capital management and business advisory services to various clients and stakeholders.

(Founder and Managing Partner)

CA Lochan Kundra is the Founder, Chairman and Managing Partner of Lochan Kundra & Associates. It is his vision of the new possibilities, opportunities and growth prospects that inspired him to found an auditing and consulting firm 35 years ago in Amritsar.

Lochan Kundra is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1987. He has more than three decades of post-qualification experience in the field of auditing, consultancy, direct taxation and corporate affairs.

He has vast knowledge and a thorough understanding of Income Tax laws and regulations, as well as the complex corporate taxation system. He has helped many organizations to set up a business and operate it smoothly.

He has successfully represented clients before tax authorities at various levels on complex tax litigation matters.

CA Simranjeet Singh Bhatia

(Partner)

CA Simranjeet Singh Bhatia is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. Also, he graduated from Amity University as a Bachelor of Commerce in the year 2017. He became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2019.

He has been associated with the firm since 2015. He is having more than 3 years of experience in the field of Indirect and Direct Taxation, Financial Audits, Internal Audits, Bank Audits, Statutory Audits, Stock Audits, etc.

Simran is successfully handling advisory, planning and compliance services for various clients on Income Tax, GST, TDS, Internal Audits, Stock Audits etc.

He is a young professional with energetic aptitude who is an active participant of the Income Tax/ GST knowledge house of the Firm.
